When you access the DILAX website, some general information is automatically (i.e. not via registration) collected (e.g. web browser used, IP address, number of visits, average dwell time, pages accessed). This information, which is given a time stamp and displayed in our server logs, is only collected during your visit to the DILAX website. DILAX does record how the visitor arrived at the company website, however no information about other websites that the visitor accessed beforehand is recorded.
In certain instances, DILAX requires your contact information, such as name and address, for registration purposes for particular parts of the website. The voluntary entering of this information can also be necessary if you, for example, would like to take part in certain DILAX campaigns. If you entrust us with this information we can use it to contact you. Your data will not be forwarded on to third parties outside of the DILAX group. You can contact us at any time to have your data removed from our email lists. Furthermore, all of our website visitors have the option of not entering any personal data on our website.
Concerning the discussion about the use of analysis tools with complete IP addresses, we wish to inform you that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()” and therefore IP addresses are only processed in shortened form, to prevent them from being directly linked to a particular individual.
We use data collected via our websites to better match our content to your requirements, e.g. by offering you personalized areas or suggesting products which could be interesting to you, and – with your consent – to notify you by email about special offers or new products. Those who do not wish to receive emails from us will not receive any unsolicited emails (spam) from us. If you initially agreed to the receipt of emails from us and now wish to revoke this, you can remove yourself from the email lists at any time so that you will not receive any further emails from us.
DILAX will only forward your personal information on to third parties, such as government authorities, if we are legally obliged to do so.
